Future Step Education are the distance learning specialists. Our team of experienced teachers and fitness professionals have inspired learners for many years to become better educated, more confident and ready for a new chapter in their life.
Course Delivery
Learners are at the heart of what we do. You have the choice of classroom-based learning, online learning or a mixture of both – whatever works best for you. You will be assigned a dedicated personal tutor, helping you every step of the way. We understand the challenges that come with juggling life and study, so there’s no end date on courses – you can work at your own pace.
Pass Rate
We are highly experienced in helping learners succeed. All tutors are either level 5 or PGCE qualified, and we guarantee a low tutor to learner ratio, so you can receive dedicated support.

At Future Step Education we put learners first. We provide consistently high levels of support. Each member of staff has a capped learner capacity in their tutor group, and we never exceed that number.

I had to complete my Level 2 Gym Instructors course in order to be able to study L3 Exercise Referral so I shopped around and came up with Future Step. A couple of people I know had recommended them. It was lock-down so I really didn’t know what shape learning was going to take. My experience with Future Step has been amazing. I had full support from my tutor when I needed him (Stuart Lenton) and he helped me to understand things if I was a little confused. The course was straight forward to use, displayed in a simple format that was easy to complete. The team were very encouraging and enticing from the start with great customer service and ensuring I had all the correct information, ability and technology I needed to successfully commence the process of getting my Level 5 DET. I have had several calls with my tutor, not only just checking I am understanding the tasks but also making sure I am okay, which really goes further than a lot of institutions. In my current job role I have taken part in many online courses, but Future Step Education have truly been the best. Tutor support has been fantastic and they are always their for any worries you may have. Programme is well structured giving ample time to complete units and the inclusion of cohort group chats means that you feel like you are part of a group not just going at it alone, like many online courses can sometimes make you feel. Feedback on coursework is great and very timely, meaning you don’t have to spend the next unit worrying about the last one. Resources and tutorials are also varied and easily accessible and easy to follow. You truly get what you pay for and more with this course, would recommend them to anyone.
Charities We Support
Anxiety UK work to relieve and support those living with anxiety and anxiety-based depression by providing information, support and understanding via an extensive range of services, including 1:1 therapy. They work regularly with external agencies and healthcare professionals to improve services for those living with anxiety and anxiety-based depression and also campaign to raise awareness of the conditions. They can provide support and help if you’ve been diagnosed with or suspect you may have an anxiety condition.
