Who is the Apprenticeship for?
This Apprenticeship is ideal for those wanting to working in customer facing or advisory roles.
You will be the face and voice of your company, whether you are working face-to-face with customers or back office liaising with customers on the phone. You will be in regular contact with customers, providing essential information to support sales, give advice, guidance and deal with complaints.
Typical roles that this Apprenticeship will support are:
Customer Service Assistant, Customer Service Administrator, Customer Service Advisor and Customer Service Trainee.
