Refunds and Cancellation Policy
Policy Overview
If a learner decides they want a refund on a course or purchase, Future Step Education will allow an initial 14-day period from your purchase date.
All requests must be made via email for required internal record keeping and audit trail purposes.
If 14 days have passed since your purchase date, Future Step Education will not be liable to offer a refund on any course costs or payment.
Refunds will be processed in full within 30 days, please allow 3-5 working days for the refund to appear in your account.
