The team was very encouraging from the start, with great customer service and ensuring that I had all the correct information, ability, and technology I needed to commence working towards getting my Level 5 DET. I have had several calls with my tutor, not only checking I am understanding the tasks but also making sure I am okay, which goes further than many institutions. Great service, tutor support and teaching and would definitely recommend.
I have taken part in many online courses in my current job role, but Future Step Education has truly been the best. Tutor support has been fantastic, and they are always available when needed. The programme is well structured, giving ample time to complete units, and the inclusion of cohort group chats means that you feel like you are part of a group, not just going at it alone, like many online courses can sometimes make you feel. Feedback on coursework is great and very timely; resources and tutorials are also varied and easily accessible, and easy to follow. You truly get what you pay for, and more with this course would recommend them to anyone.end.

Yes. However, we recommend that you are a teaching role when you begin the course.
There really is no accurate answer to that question. It is completely determined by the number of hours you can allocate to study per week and the pace of your own study in general. We say approximately 12 months as this is an average across our learners. Our fasted recorded completion time was 3 months on our self-paced study programme.
