stuart lenton

Stuart Lenton

Managing Director

Stuart is a Chartered Manager (MCMI) with the Chartered Management Institute. He has taught in the FE sector for over 10 years and has also been a qualified Personal Trainer since 2005 (CIMSPA membership number R0190003). Stuart leads on the delivery on the Level 5 Diploma in Education and Training course and is also an Independent End Point Assessor for Pearson.

Theo Calvert

Lead Fitness Tutor

Theo is the Lead Personal Training tutor at Future Step Education. He has been a qualified PT for over 12 years. He has previously been a gym manager and has supported 100s of learners in achieving their Level 3 Diploma in Personal Training. Theo is also a qualified and assessor and Internal Quality Assurance practitioner and is passionate about helping others to better their lives and progress in their fitness careers.

Jessica Pinder

Finance and Business Administration

Jess joined Future Step Education after spending many years working in secondary schools and 6th form colleges. She brings a wealth of experience in working with learners and teachers in academic institutes. Jess is passionate and dedicated to her role of supporting learners and also plays a major part in the management of the company’s media platforms.

Biggest Achievement – Travelling for a year in 2015, visiting over 9 countries, and as far as Vanautu!

Emma Ford

Fitness Tutor and Assessor

Emma is one of Future Step Educations most experienced staff having worked as a Personal Trainer tutor, assessor and Internal Verifier for many years. Emma has worked for some of the UK’s leading fitness companies and Awarding Organisations and is vastly experienced in helping learners achieve their learning goals.

Likes – Track days , BJJ (Brazilian jiu-jitsu), Travelling

Dislikes – Lateness, noisy eaters, smoking

Biggest Achievement – Securing a place in one of Londons top dance academies when I was 20 with only 1 out of 17 positions available in the UK.

Cavan Brady

Fitness Tutor and Assessor

Cavan joined Future Step Education as an apprentice in 2019 and quickly demonstrated his skillset in fitness and assessing. He became fully qualified in 2020 and now works as a tutor guiding learners through qualifications and sharing the experiences, he has had in distance learning.

Joshua Moran

Fitness Tutor and Assessor

Josh joined Future Step Education in 2019 as an apprentice and quickly became qualified as a Personal Trainer and assessor. Josh now manages his own cohort of learners and really enjoys being able to support learners on their journey.

Biggest Achievement – Facing my fear of heights (went to the peak of the Shard)

Gareth Morris

Education and Training Tutor and Assessor

Gareth teaches on the Level 5 Education and Training programme and is also a qualified Personal Trainer currently studying his MA in Applied Sports Nutrition Gareth’s background is working with learners who have special educational needs and he has worked in a variety of learning institutes
