News Round up – 4th November
There is a lot happening at the moment at FSE. Our first live Personal Training course since 2019 started at Surrey Sports Park in Guildford last weekend (see below). We are also excited to be increasing the range of courses we have on offer and are currently in the process of adding lots more courses. Keep an eye on our website and Social Media for further updates!

1. Live training returns at Surrey Sports Park!
Finally, after long delays and great periods of uncertainty, our live training returned this week at Surrey Sport Park in Guildford. We started with our Level 3 Diploma in Fitness Instructing and Personal Training on Saturday 23/10/21 and welcomed learners back into a face-to-face learning environment.
We’ve all learnt to become more digitally able over the past 18 months and online learning is effective and efficient in many ways, but we will always make a space for live training. You can’t beat the interaction and cohesion of a group of people on a learning journey together and this is recognised at its best in a classroom.
Our next live courses are on the way with L3 Education and Training and more Fitness Professional courses in the spring.
2. What did this week’s budget announcement mean for Further Education?
16 – 19 funding rates, apprenticeship funding, capital investment for adult education. It’s all here.

4. Support us on social media
The simplest ways to support a business on social media is to do the following: –
- Like and follow their page
- Leave positive comments and share your experience/reviews
- Subscribe to newsletters and other business content
- Repost to your profile and share content
- Refer! Tell your friends and family and spread the word about their business
5. General course questions answered
We opened polls on social media recently to gain questions that our followers wanted answers to!
Check out the videos below of our Lead Tutors answering all things related to our Teaching & Fitness courses!
Meet Theo – hosting a Q&A session for Fitness Courses
Meet Stuart – hosting a Teacher Training Q&A session
We have been working super hard to ensure our next course is improved and ready to go for the new year. We have spaces remaining so spread the word to those you think may be interested! Starting January 2022. See our website for more info!
6. Refer a friend
Here at Future Step we love it when people refer their friends and family to us, so we thought, why not give our learners something back?
If you refer someone to us and they enrol on a course, you will receive a £25 voucher of your choice!
All you need to do is contact us on info@futurestepeducation.co.uk
7. Small business love
This week we’re supporting ‘Created By Kate’ – a small, unique business where you will find all things personalised from glassware to acrylic signs. Everything is handwritten and hand painted. We recently got personalised mugs for the staff in the Head Office at Future Step and they were a massive hit!
Kate is extremely talented in what she does, and every gift is personalised to your need!
Check out her business on Facebook & Instagram and share the love and you could be in with the chance of winning your very own glass mug – personalised!
Here’s what you need to do:
Follow both FSE and Created by Kate on Instagram & Facebook
Share our pages to your story and tag us. Ensure both companies are tagged otherwise entry will not count
Winner announced on Friday 26th November – Good Luck!
