Refunds and Cancellation Policy
Future Step Education allows an initial cooling off period of 14-days from the day after the purchase date. Refunds will be processed in full within 30 days, please allow 3-5 working days for the refund to appear in your account. For the purposes of internal record-keeping and audit trail purposes, we respectfully ask that all requests for a refund are made via email.

Payment Plans
Future Step Education offer instalment plans to help learners make affordable and realistic repayments towards courses costs. We do not attach any financial services, products or fees to our plans and only ask for learners to complete an affordability questionnaire and pay a deposit contribution to get started on their qualification.
We will work with you on an individual basis to create a bespoke financial pathway that allows you to access the course you want, without the financial stress.

I had to complete my Level 2 Gym Instructors course in order to be able to study L3 Exercise Referral so I shopped around and came up with Future Step. A couple of people I know had recommended them. It was lock-down so I really didn’t know what shape learning was going to take.
