Future Step Education has designed specific training packages that provide accredited and nationally recognised qualifications combined with individual career support to get you into employment.
Each package is designed to support you in your aspirations and career development. The objectives of the programme are:
How do we do this?
Once you choose and enrol onto one of our training packages you will be allocated a dedicated study tutor who will support you on your learning journey until you complete your programme and receive your certificates.
In addition, you will be allocated a personal careers officer. This person will work alongside your tutor to assist you in your journey towards gaining employment. Your careers officer will help you in all aspects of gaining employment from CV development, interview preparation and sourcing job interviews, to starting your new role.
How long does the programme last?
Depending on the course package you select and the amount of time you are able to allocate to study each week, the programmes generally last between 6 – 24 months. You will receive dedicated career support for up to 2 years or until you find employment. Whichever comes first.
Where will I learn?
At this time, the only option we have available is our Elearning pathways. You will be provided with access to a full online learning suite and an additional resource pack that contains your textbooks and additional study materials.
Where will you work?
We will guarantee interview opportunities with both our partner organisations and other company’s searching for your skillset and qualifications at the time you complete your programme. It is possible to be placed in an employment role whilst you are still training.
What are the training options?
We are currently offering 3 training packages.
You can find full details of each package below.
How much does it cost?
The costs of the training packages range from £1000 – £2000. This can be paid in full on registration or split across a set number of months. We will work with you to make sure that any payment plans are suited to your current financial situation.
In the near we future, when we are able to return to face-to-face teaching, we will have full-time and blended learning options available.
