From September 2025, Future Step Education is offering one organisation the chance to receive a fully funded onsite training course. All costs are covered, with no government funding involved and no strings attached.
We are looking for a great partner to pilot our newly updated Level 3 Award in Education and Training. If you run or work in a setting where staff would benefit from developing their teaching or training skills, this could be the perfect fit.
Who Is This For?
This qualification suits a wide range of organisations:

This course equips participants to confidently teach their specialist subject, structure sessions effectively, and engage learners in meaningful ways. It is also a gateway qualification, leading to progression routes such as higher-level teaching diplomas, assessor and IQA awards, and more.
