IQA qualification options:
Choose a single unit course (Theoretical) or a two units course (Theoretical + Practical)
Choose the option that best suits your goals. If you are looking to develop your knowledge of internal quality assurance, the single unit (theoretical) course may be suitable. If you want to work as an Internal Quality Assurer, you will need to complete both units (the full qualification).
The Level 4 IQA qualification provides you with the knowledge and skills required to monitor, support and improve assessment practice within education and training settings.
Depending on your circumstances, you can choose to complete the knowledge unit only or progress to the full qualification, which includes both theory and practical assessment.

Level 4 IQA qualification
The Level 4 IQA Qualification provides the knowledge required to carry out internal quality assurance within education and training settings. It is designed for those who want to understand how to monitor, support and improve assessment practice, or those preparing to move into an Internal Quality Assurer role.
This qualification focuses on the principles and practices of internal quality assurance, helping you develop the skills needed to maintain quality, consistency and compliance across assessment processes.
The Level 3 Certificate in Assessing Vocational Achievement (CAVA) is required if you want to progress to the full practical IQA qualification.
